Red Hot Chilli Pipers

Die Red Hot Chilli Pipers sind eine 2002 gegründete schottische Band aus Glasgow. Die Musiker spielen unter anderem Dudelsack, Gitarre, Keyboard und Schlagzeug. Sie selbst nennen sich “The most famous backpipe band in the planet”. The Red Hot Chilli Pipers sind die erste Band, die traditionelle schottische Dudelsackmusik mit Rock’n’Roll kombiniert hat. Neben Cover-Versionen von Klassikern wie “We Will Rock You“ von Queen, “Thunderstruck” von AC/DC, “Smoke On The Water“ von Deep Purple oder “Clocks” von Coldplay haben die Chilli Pipers aber auch Eigenkompositionen im Programm.
